Mai was an amazing cat sitter for my new kitty, who is easily spooked and not great with strangers. She has a sweet, calming energy that I know my cat benefitted from while I was away. Mai was amazing and really looked after our three cats for a week. Having her stay over was a great piece of mind as they don’t like being with out a human. Mai did a great job, I received regular updates. My cats are not easy some are on meds, the elderly one has dementia and is getting a bit dirty but she coped fine and I came home to happy cats. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

My cat is quite shy with new people, so it's always a bit nerve-wrecking leaving him in someone's care.

Mai was absolutely brilliant, she paid the right amount of attention to my cat, and he began warming up to her in no time. She provided constant updates with pictures and videos and was always reachable, which brought me a lot of comfort. It was clear that Mai took great care of my cat, and genuinely put effort to connect with him. Mai fed my cat (which included following a fairly complex routine), cleaned after him, played with him and spent a good amount of time with him during each visit. She was absolutely awesome, couldn't have dreamt of a better catsitter.

I would be happy to book Mai again in the future. Thanks for all of your kindness Mai!

Cannot recommend Mai enough. We got pictures of the cats every visit, and came back home to happy kitties.

Again Mai did an amazing job! Mai really spends quality time with our cats, expertly and calmly managing a personality clash that we have going on with two of them, which requires a bit of a routine. Mai arrives early and leaves later on in the day - on the last day of the booking. As Mai is a professional cat carer at Celia Hammond Animal Trust - you will really know that your fur babies are in extremely good hands, with a true cat lover. Every time we arrive back home, the cats are calm and happy - there's never any stress. Mai has a very calm energy about her which clearly the cats love. Thanks so much Mai - we really appreciate the time and dedication you put into looking after our cats. I cannot recommend Mai enough, I don't have any anxiety when I'm away as I know the cats are in such good hands. Mai has looked after my cat Iona on three occasions recently and each time I have returned to a very happy and relaxed cat. The communication is always great and her overnight stays have been also great. Highly recommend!

Mai has looked after Iona twice now in a combination of overnights and also twice daily visits. She does such a great job, so much so, when I come home my absence is barely noticed. With Mai I know Iona is in great hands because she is very reliable and her communication is also great. You can also tell she is a true cat person in her communication which is also important in a carer.

Mai is a fantastic communicator as well as a polite and considerate individual. I recently hired her for a combination of day and overnight stays for my cat Iona whilst I was away. I have to say that her communication was fantastic from the outset and she was extremely considerate on her overnight stays. I ended up selected in Mai after a reach out and interview process as she was so great with her communication and follow up. I will definitely book her again.

Mai was great. She has a calm relaxed manner and clearly loves cats. She was very reliable, gave us daily photos and videos while we were away on holiday which we really appreciated. We found the daily contact very reassuring, especially as our cat had managed to fracture her paw shortly before we left on holiday! We felt confident that she was in really good hands. Our cat seemed very settled when we got home.

Mai is wonderful! She is sweet and quite clearly loves cats. She was in constant communication and sent photos and videos of our cat every day we were gone. It made us feel so at ease to know she was looking after him.

Mai was lovely! She gave us daily photos and videos. You could see that she enjoyed her time with our Millenium. We came back to a relaxed and happy cat :) I would recommend Mai also because the flat was in the same state as we left it (except a little vomit from the kitties, but those things happen!)

Mai was brilliant. She bonded with Seb straight away and I think she really connects with animals. The flat was immaculate when we returned and she is a very lovely person. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Once again Mai was great. Easy to communicate with, accommodating for my key pickup availability, and always sending pics of the kitties as I was out of town. I arrived home to a clean flat. I’m afraid if I keep highly recommending her, she won’t be available for me in the future!
