She sent lovely daily updates and pictures and not only did we come back to a happy cat, but also a clean litter tray, empty bin etc - Katie went above and beyond and we really appreciated it. Katie is incredible! we recently moved and worried about finding a new sitter but Katie was amazing from the start. she kept in touch the entire time through daily videos, photos and texts and handled any little hiccup with ease. most importantly, our dear kitty was so happy she hardly seemed to missed us at all! thank you, Katie, you're the best!!

Came home to a happy cat and very clean house and blooming flowers/ plants which were cared for. Katie is very attentive with Bella, and as for the house, the only reason I know someone was here is that the kitchen is cleaner than when we left! Katie was brilliant with my extremely timid cat. Bella doesn’t come out of hiding for many people, especially people she doesn’t know well, but she happily came out for Katie and even let her pet her! I was very impressed! Bella seemed very relaxed when I came home and the flat was left very clean and tidy. I highly recommend Katie, who is also a very affable person.

Katie was great, looking after our somewhat needy cat!She stayed over several nights -- the house was in perfect order when we returned. She took a genuine interest in our Bella and went with the flow ( mouse drama on second day etc )and we have already booked her to stay for our next long holiday.

Katie is extremely professional and experienced. She took care of our 3 cats for 10 days. She sent us updates every day. She watered the plants and tidied the flat before left which was extra (it’s not included in the service). She really went an extra mile! The cats looked happy and relaxed when we came back.
