Friendly and caring Cat-Sitter in North East London

I’m Kate, I’m 30 years old and I’m an NHS Midwife. I love travelling, reading books that make me cry, good coffee and the gym. I have always been a cat person over a dog person! I fostered a cat called Rosie from a shelter in 2016. She had multiple health problems and was very old, they anticipated I might only have her for a year or so. Rosie lived a lovely long 4 years with me, firstly in Colchester and then moved to London with me. She passed away last year, comfortably at home. I really miss having a cat around, but don’t quite feel ready to home one again myself yet.

I can offer to house your cat for you in my flat (I live in an apartment block next to Victoria Park, near Cambridge Heath train station) or I would also be happy to come and stay at your place if your cat is happier staying in your home. Being an NHS Midwife means I do shift work, so fitting in the time to do house visits might be a bit tricker for me. But do ask and depending on the distance I could do this if you’d prefer. Being medically trained means I will happily administer any medication or injections that your cat might need. I promise to take lots of photos to send to you, and be kind, caring and respectful of your cat, and your home. I’m also really happy to water any plants you might have and collect your post etc.
