Damyana is a very warm and kind person. She loves animals and was taking great care of our cat. She would keep us updated on her well-being every day and would send photos and videos. We felt very safe and comfortable knowing that she is looking after our cat.

As always, Damyana took wonderful care of our two kitties - even getting them a Christmas present and teaching them new tricks! She gives frequent message, photo and video updates alongside setting up a webcam which really gives you peace of mind while you are away. We would not hesitate to recommend Damyana ❤

Damyana has exceeded every expectation. I cannot recommend her enough. Every aspect of care was exceptional and so was communication and support.My cat is very happy and me even happier.

Damyana was fantastic! She took our booking on late notice and communicated well with us throughout. She sent regular updates which included both photos and videos. She also set up a camera so that we could check up on our kitties at any time which gave us great peace of mind while away. Not only did she take wonderful care of the cats; she also kept an eye on the house plants and ensured the house was clean and tidy for our arrival home. We came home to two relaxed and happy cats - it was clear that Damyana had bonded with them despite Pixie being a more nervous cat. We would definitely recommend her as a cat sitter.

Damyana responded quickly when I was let down at short notice by another cat sitter. She communicated frequently before and during the booking. The cats were happy and relaxed when we came home. Weasley was happy, relaxed, clean and well fed when we got back. Damyana also sent us regular updates about Weasley, with pics and videos. Damyana is the best cat sitter, as always.

Damyana is a reliable and friendly cat sitter, my cats were happy to be looked after by her when I took a few nights away. Damyana even fed them for an extra morning to ensure that they were well cared for.

Damyana is now my go-to cat sitter. I've reached out to her three times now (this time was very last minute too), and each time I've come home to a happy, well fed cat. She plays with Cilla, sends me videos and genuinely cares. I'm lucky to have found her.

Damyana is only two minutes up the road from us and is lovely and friendly. She took great care with our two young, shy cats and they grew to like her over the short holiday that we were away. Damyana listened to all of our requests and spent a good amount of time in the house with them every day. We trust Damyana fully and will use her again and again in the future.

Damyana really cares about animals and has lots of good ideas to make them feel relaxed and happy. She did an amazing job looking after my cat Tesla and I would be very happy to book her again.

This is the second time I've asked Damyana to look after Cilla. Just as before, she was in lots of contact over the two weeks and I came home to a well-fed, happy Cilla who barely knew I'd gone. It was nice to know I'd left my best pal in the hands of someone who really cares. She also went to the trouble of buying additional food and even left me a little box of chocolates to welcome me home. Highly recommended!

Damyana is a superhero without the cape. She swooped in to help me out at the very last minute. She was punctual, personable and knowledgable right from the off. Whilst I was away I received regular photos, videos and messages reassuring me I'd made the right choice. She even kept my plants watered, made more visits than she was required to, AND even worked an extra day when I was late arriving home. Thoroughly convinced I lucked out. Thanks Damyana!

Damyana was amazing. She really cared about our furry ball, and was very reliable. With Damyana is not just about getting your cat fed and cleaned while you are off, it’s about being comfortable that she will take care of him entirely with cuddles, brush, games and she will actually spend time with him. Damyana is also very approachable and immediately becomes a friend, she’s such a nice person.

I did get regular updates and pictures about my cat during my absence. Since normally my cat is a little bit aggressive I definitely was not expecting the good mood I found her when I came home. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Damyana has been amazing with our cat Milo who had never been left alone for so long and was used to having someone at home with him all the time. This was my first time using Cat in a Flat and Damyana was just wonderful! She clearly loves animals, and my cat Hobbes warmed to her right away. She went above and beyond, spending time playing with him and followed all his feeding instructions, even sending me a few pics of my cat while I was away. Damyana even left me a lovely little card to welcome me home :). I would highly recommend her and the service!

Damyana looked after our two cats for 5 days, and she really went above beyond. One of our cats fell ill just before we left and was put on a few different types of tablets, and I was worried about him. I needn't have though, Damyana looked after him very well and we came home to two very happy and healthy kitties. She was great with communication, and we got lots of updates from from her including a cute little collage which she put together as a gift. To top it off, the house was spotless when we came home. What a treat!
