Natalie is a fab cat au pair! Really quick to respond, very helpful and most importantly fantastic with the lads. She sent me updates and pics while I was away which was reassuring

It was reassuring to meet Natalie prior to the booking as she bonded with our young fur baby straight away, and asked all the right questions regarding, food toys litter tray etc.. Nice to see photos on each visit whilst we were away and on our return our fur baby seemed happy, Highly recommended Natalie, we will rebook again.

Natalie carried out all that I asked of her and contacted me by email as requested. Upon my return the cats were both sleeping and upon waking were very relaxed. I am very pleased with the service provided.

Natalie is a great cat sitter. Communication was good throughout, and everything was done as instructed. It was such a relief to know Bay was looked after while I was away, even though she's a timid cat and she hid from Natalie. Just sorry Natalie didn't get to see her or have some playtime. Fingers crossed for next time. Bay was absolutely fine when I got home. Will definitely book Natalie again.

Natalie was so fantastic with both our cats! She really put our minds at ease by sending daily photos and updates and we were relaxed knowing that they were happy! She was really easy to deal and communicate with and wouldn't hesitate asking her again.. that's if the unsolicited biting hasn't put her off 😊
