Claire the Cat (Sitter)

Unfortunately not very reliable. Claire seems like a lovely person, but she didn’t follow instructions that we’d talked about, both verbally confirmed and written down. She also fed the cats significantly later than I’d asked. I was quite worried about the cats while I was away. -- Sitter's response -- I’m sorry you were unhappy with my service. I followed all instructions to the best of my ability. Due to a bike crash, I was slightly late one morning, but your cats were safe, fed, and well cared for. I understand that being away from pets can be stressful, and I empathise with your anxiety. That said, I sent daily updates with photos and completed all agreed-upon tasks: administering medication, washing pee pads, even feeding neighbours’ cats. Thank you for your feedback. It helps me continue to provide reliable, attentive care.

Claire has been so lovely! She sent so many lovely photos and videos and daily texts to keep us informed of our lovely girl.
