About Me
Cat person for as long as I can remember!
I’ve always loved cats and been around them from the day I was born. Living at home as a teenager it was my responsibility to feed our young Russian blue British blue cross ‘Pushkin’. In the evenings he would sleep on my chest, he’s twelve now and whenever I’m back at home that’s where you’ll find him! Growing up on David Attenborough’s documentaries, I used to want to be a zoologist, leading me to doing two weeks work experience at the Mill Lane Vets during secondary school. I’m now studying ‘Sculpture and Environmental Art’ in Glasgow, despite following a more arts orientated route, my intrigue in animals and the natural world is visible in the artwork I make today. I’m sadly not living with any cats whilst studying, however I have a friend in Glasgow who graduated a few years ago and has a very friendly and intelligent tabby called Mila, who I visit whenever I need some cat time. I’ve also stayed and looked after her on three occasions when my friend has had to leave the city, and have cat sitted for friends at home in London throughout my teenage years. I’m returning home for Christmas so have three weeks free to do some cat sitting (Monday 20th December - Monday 10th January).
I’m happy to cover all areas of cat sitting, feeding, stroking and playing with your cat. I’ve met and looked after all kinds of cats, young to old, shy to playful, with enough time, care and attention you can win the heart of any furry friend. I’m available to do overnight visits as well as day visits, and will stick around to keep your cat company and get to know them better.
