I have shared my life for over 30 years with cats who have all lived long and happy lives. Cats are as individual as people and and I promise to look after your precious pussycats with the love and care they deserve. I previously lived with Fergus, a Burmese/Tabby cross with feline kidney disease. For the last seven of his 19 years, I kept him healthy and happy with good vet care, daily medication and a prescription diet. Most recently, we were invited to adopt Punica - a beautiful, playful Bengal/Tabby female who has brought back so much feline love, joy and fun back into the house after losing our dear Fergus.

I promise to treat your home with care and respect and have been Police Scotland checked.

After many years of working in libraries and administration, I now teach gentle, breath-led yoga in my local community on a part-time basis, so have space in my daily life to assist you with your cat's needs. I have a car, so can reach outlying areas around Biggar.

I am sensitive to cat body language and know how to deal with those who may understandably be wary of new people by carefully creating trust and respecting cat boundaries. I understand that some (but not all) cats like to cuddle. If they like having fun, I will be happy to spend time with them, play with them and chat back and forth, if they are vocal. If your cat likes to be groomed, I will be happy to help.

I have experience of giving cats pills and promise to keep litter trays and the surrounding area clean.
