We were happy to book Hannah to look after our cat again. She’s brilliant with him & we know we’ll come home to a happy, settled cat. She is great with keeping in contact with us, updating us how he is, along with some great photos and videos which go a long way to reassuring us that all is well with Bilbo.We cannot recommend Hannah highly enough.

Well - Hannah is a natural with the cats . We have 5 and they all took to her as if they’d known her for years . She put the cats first , loved them , understood their individuality. I received pictures of them having fuss , sleeping , she just gets them !! . Just a beautiful kind hearted person . I cannot praise her highly enough. Xx

We’re so happy we found Hannah on here, she’s friendly,professional,prompt in responding to messages etc. She was amazing with Bilbo, taking time to bond with him & caring for him as if he was hers plus great photos/videos everyday. Hannah was amazing. Such a nice caring person for our cat Billy. She totally understood his character and temperament from the offset and Billy was so happy to have her care for him. This was our first time using this service and Hannah. We found Hannah to be extremely reliable with excellent communication. She was able to take care of our cat whilst we were away. Giving him his medication on time and taking the time to ensure all his needs were met. It was lovely to have regular feedback as well as pictures to show us how our cat was getting on. We would definitely use Hannah again.
