I would definitely use Alice again. We have two cats, and one of them requires daily medication and asthma treatment. Alice managed his needs with ease and kept us informed of how both the cats are doing after each visit.

Alice was fantastic from start to finish - she came to look after my 3 cats twice daily whilst I was on holiday. She sent lovely updates daily and some piccies and even emptied the bins and took them out for me on bin day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alice. My cat was her normal, bossy self when I returned - which I am sure would not have been the same if she had gone into a cattery! A slight misunderstanding about sleeping area was probably due to my ambiguous communication. Alice sent me reassuring photos and updates and ensured M was eating each day, which meant I could relax and enjoy my break. Thank you!
