Caring and Reassuring Cat Sitting by a Registered Nurse

Hello fellow cat enthusiasts!

My name is Eliza and I am an NMC registered Adult Nurse, currently working as a Practice Nurse. I have security and DBS clearance.

I have owned cats all of my life, usually more than one at a time and am a self confessed crazy cat lady! I currently own 2 gorgeous naughty Torties called Chui and Duma (Leopard and Cheetah in Swahili) who get treated like Princesses - It’s a running joke between family and friends that I love my girls more than my husband! I also have a regular visiting male stray called Buster who I co-ordinated the neutering, fleaing and worming of so that he was much for comfortable.

Having had some awful experiences with Catteries in the past, I am a firm believer that it is much nicer for our furry felines to be cared for in the comfort of their own homes. I know what I expect from a cat sitter and will deliver this high level of service to any cat family I visit. Prior to joining this app, I regularly provided informal cat sitting services to my neighbours and family’s cats and would love to offer this level of service to more people so that they can go on holiday or leave their home with the comforting knowledge that their furry friends are being looked after with love and affection.

Having lots of experience of cats, I am fully aware that each cat is very different and particular with their likes and dislikes. Therefore I am willing to gain your advice on what your cat would like - whether that be kisses and cuddles, head and neck tickles, playing, chatting to, treats or just to be left physically alone with a friend sitting for company if they need it.

I will provide photos, videos and can facilitate a face time call if you would like.

I can also water plants or put away any post if you would like me to.

During the working week (Monday to Friday) I would be able to visit early morning before work, late afternoon, or, dependent on distance, at lunch time.
