I dont look after cats with no access to the outdoors.

Silvia was fantastic. Very knowledgable about cats and loves them. Very reliable and flexible and we felt totally safe leaving our cat and home in her hands.

Sylvia is so caring - we always know our cats are in safe hands. She also communicates with us about parcels and deliveries and tended to our houseplants without us even asking. A big thank you!

Silvia has cared for our cats many times now and the last booking lasted nearly 6 weeks. We came back to a clean, well maintained home and to happy cats of course. They know Silvia which makes it easier for everyone. We are lucky to have found her!

Silvia is an excellent cat sitter. I really liked her from the day we met, she treated my cat as if she was her own, I came back home to a calm and loving cat. If I could give Silvia more than 5 stars I would, she is amazing, kept sending me updates on how Chica was doing so I felt really at ease knowing that Chica was being really well looked after. She is oozing a calm vibe of a real animal lover - not just a selfish one who "loves" pets because they are soft and cute, but a real one, who loves pets and so all her actions have their needs in the focus. Silvia took such good care of our two cats while we were away. She kept us updated on how they were and gave them such good attention, like bringing her own comb to brush them because she couldn't see ours. She doesn't just feed the cats in her care, she makes sure they're content and relaxed. Thanks Silvia!

Silvia was A-MA-ZING! Not only she took great care of our cats, but also she sent lively updates and photos while we were away. When we came home, our flat was neat and the food bowls and litter were clean but most importantly, the cats were relaxed and happy! I will definitely ask for her service again next time we are away and hope she will be available!

Silvia was a super help to me over the busy Christmas and was kind and attentive in providing me with daily updates from my cats. Bonus is my cats also really liked her too. Would definitely recommend.

Silvia was absolutely wonderful with Bowie and was great about texting me updates and photos. I was very stressed about leaving Bowie for three weeks over Christmas, but Silvia made me feel a lot better - she was great! We will definitely be calling her next time we go on vacation, and we highly recommend her!!

Silvia was amazing with Suki. Suki is usually a very shy cat when meeting new people. It will usually take 3 or 4 days (if not longer) for her to be comfortable around someone new.

But with Silvia, she came out of her shell within a day or so. By the end of our holiday she felt completely at ease with her, which made our holiday that much better.

We will definitely be having her back for our next holiday!

Silvia was brilliant! Attentive and went to every length to make sure Bailey was well looked after whilst we were away. It’s always a little bit strange and worrisome to leave your pet at home and have a stranger come to your house but I felt at ease straight away when meeting Silvia. I will definitely use her services again and again.

I came back from a week away to a happy and relaxed cat. Silvia was in touch every other day, updating me on Sabre and sending me photos and videos. It was really easy setting everything up, and I wouldn't hesitate to both recommend her and use her again.

Silvia was absolutely amazing - We were initially hesitant to use Cat in a Flat but from the moment we met Silvia we knew Harry would be in great hands.

Silvia asked lots of questions about Harry, his care and his likes and dislikes and really took the time to make sure he would be happy and that our minds were at rest. She provided regular updates including photos and videos and even took him a few extra treats!... She also turned the lights off/on for us to help ensure our home was secure.

We came home to a very happy and relaxed cat and will 100% without hesitation be asking Silvia to cat-sit Harry again in the future :-)
