Melissa, as always, as used her many times, was great again. Loads of pics and videos of the boys and updates on how they were doing. Thanks again for being great with F & B so we don't have to worry.

Melissa did a fabulous job of looking after our cat Tinky for the week. Loved all the photos and communication. Would highly recommend.

First booking and Melissa was really great with my 2 nervous cats. By the end of the weekend they were coming to meet her at the door. She sent regular updates and photos which was reassuring especially as it was the first booking with her. Already booked her for my next weekend away and holiday 😊

This is the second time Melissa had looked after our two cats. They are always relaxed and happy when we come back. I wouldn’t have anyone else look after them now. I always feel happy and free to enjoy my time away, knowing that they’re in good, and kind, hands.

We have consistently booked Melissa whenever we need a cat sitter because she is always reliable, and takes time to make sure Frank and Ben have everything they need. Melissa gives thorough updates daily and we can feel happy that the boys are being well looked after whilst we are away.

Melissa was extremely thorough with her communication, both in advance and during my time away. She visited my 19 year old cat twice a day and, due to the excellent care that he received, he was very happy on my return. Thank you very much Melissa for ensuring that the booking went so smoothly.

Melissa was absolutely wonderful when looking after our two cats Babs and Safron while we were away. It was our first time away after adopting Babs as well so we were unsure how she would react with us away but we need not have worried, they both absolutely loved her and we came home to two very happy and healthy kitties! Melissa was fantastic, would highly recommend and have already enquired about her availability for my next trip. I reached out in short notice and although she couldn’t do the full dates as she was away herself she still helped as much as she could which was greatly appreciated. Melissa was absolutely brilliant with our needy cats whilst we were away. It took a little bit of time for the shy one to come out of hiding but I was pleased to see that both cats looked very content during our 2 week holiday. She was very reliable and thorough with her communication which was very reassuring. We can home to two happy cats ☺️
