Katia is a brilliant, caring and attentive catsitter. She took extra care to make sure Bonnie felt safe and relaxed while we were away. Couldn’t recommend Katia more!

Katia was great! More than the basics, she spent time to give pets and play. She sent pics and videos to help us stay connected to our cat while we were away, and he always looked happy. Katia was an absolute dream, my cat gets very lonely and stressed out when I'm travelling and for the first time I found him happy and relaxed thanks to Katia. Best cat-sitter ever! I feel completely safe going away and leaving my furry kids with Katia. She follows the instructions to the letter and spends a lot of time with them, both playing and cuddling. She's also good at giving them medicines. She will keep you updated all the time; she sends photos and videos every day, which really makes you feel like they are well looked after. Also, Katia cleaned the house before I came back (she was house-sitting)! All in all, she's a very sweet and caring person, intelligent, with common sense and a can-do attitude with a real passion and connection with animals. I cannot recommend her enough!

Katia looked after our lovely cats during an 8 day trip abroad. When we first met her, it was clear we were going to adore her! We were recommended her by a dear and cherished friend (also a brilliant catsitter, animal advocate and rescuer), so we knew she was going to be top notch.

It’s hard to convey in words the compassion, kindness and care Katia exudes. She’s a natural! Not only that, but she’s funny, jovial, lovely and an OUTSTANDING professional. She isn’t just a cat lover, she is a lover of all animals and clearly so skilled with her human and cat clients. She understands the needs of all animals so deeply and it is so clear that she really understood the needs of our cats. Katia is incredibly experienced with animal care, having animals of her own (many different types) and having worked within rescue and catsitting for a long time.

Our three cats are wonderful beings and are the centre of our universe. They are different ages, different personalities and have very distinct needs. We also have one kitten who is just under the age of one. He has a difficult relationship with our middle cat (a former rescue)…it’s a complicated situation to step into!! Our eldest cat gets depressed whenever we are away. There are definite challenges and we always feel bad whenever we leave them and head off on holiday! We always want them to have the best, as they bring us joy and have been with us through the bad times and the good.

Katia navigated the relationships between them seamlessly. She managed to bond with each of them, on their own terms and gave them all oodles of individual attention and love. She regularly sent us pictures and videos, and we stayed in touch via voice notes. She was so reassuring and also gave us brilliant advice on how we could enrich their lives further. We have had some tricky experiences with catsitters in the past, but for the first time ever in a long time, we felt like we could switch off and let Katia care for the cats. She was so diligent and meticulous with understanding their routines, their personalities and also was so incredibly respectful of our house. On return, we can honestly say it was as if a specialist cleaning team had been through the house. The love and affection she showed our animals and the care she gave our house was tangible. The cats were so relaxed and happy on our return. Casper (our youngest) is STILL expecting a gold star service haha! Katia - if we could give you 100 stars or more, we really would. For now, all we can say is that if you need a sitter who is a consummate professional, a fantastic communicator…and above all, a person who understands and loves your animal family members as the beautiful, complex and unique individuals they are, Katia is the sitter for you.
