Carol went the extra mile with our cat who has been recently diagnosed with diabetes, ensuring she knew how to give his insulin injections and regular feeding times and made sure he had company since the passing of our other cat quite recently. Lots of pictures and regular updates made us feel, once again that our cat was being well looked after.

Carol is extremely professional and lovely to my cat. She sent me pictures of Maggie every day, with updates regarding her meals and her behaviour. And this was every day, for 20 days. I could see Maggie trusted her and felt happy with her. She made me feel relaxed during my holidays, as I was sure Maggie was absolutely fine with Carol.

Carol is a lovely lady. She is very kind and caring. We always ask Carol to look after the cats now. The cats are use to her now and I feel relaxed going away knowing they are being cared for by Carol.

This was crucial in us deciding to cut our trip short and get him to the emergency vet. Carol looked after are 2 cats for 4 days. I was very happy to leave the cats with carol as she is a lovely lady and came across very kind and caring. In the 4 days carol looked after the cats, I was sent updates and photos of what they were up to. Communication with carol is excellent. When we came home they seemed very chilled and carol had cleaned round from what the cats had messed up. Would highly recommend carol and will definitely hire carol again.
