It was the first time we had used Cat in a Flat and we were delighted. It was very reassuring to get the photos that Claire sent us every day. It’s the second time Claire looked after Jess but really good care. A couple of days before something went very wrong with Jess she’s still under the vet but we needed to get away regardless to see family Claire looked after Jess made additional visits and made sure she got her medication and comprehensive feedback to pass onto our vet thank you

Brilliant, Jess very happy that’s the most important thing. Jess bought a bird in this didn’t phase Claire who dealt with this well. Jess well looked after fed, bowls all clean and Jess was well played with. We also had two updates a day and come back to an album of photos of her and some very funny photos to. First time Claire has looked after Jess due to our recent relocation but will be using her in the future as I would never put her in a cattery.

Claire provided very kind and loving care for my cat Lady. The daily pictures and updates gave me invaluable peace of mind to enjoy my time away. Thank you Claire and Lady will see you soon!

We loved our updates and photos from Claire, it really put our mind at ease and it was clear our cat Nacho was having a great time too! We returned to a very happy, well looked after cat!

Claire is so professional and friendly. Everything was very organised. The feeding area, food bowls etc where all immaculately cleaned and looked after - Claire is very thorough and has great attention to detail. Honestly couldn’t have asked for any more - great job! A big thank you to Claire!

Claire has done a fantastic job of looking after our 2 boys. It was our first time leaving them and Claire’s daily updates and pictures made the world of difference when we where really missing them. Claire clearly understood their individual personalities really quickly and we returned home to very content kittens. We would absolutely use Claire again next time we go away!
