Claire did a lovely job caring for our cats whilst we were away. She updated us daily and followed the instructions we left. It was comforting to know someone local was able to keep the cats happy and safe whilst we were on holiday.

Great comfort to know our cats -one with special needs - was being cared for by a nice human -they were all happy to see us but not in a mood like they often are , when we are back after a while ‘ left in the care of a busy neighbour-Claire obviously made a big fuss of them - as they deserve ! Claire gave us regular updates which was great

Claire is absolutely lovely, I felt completely confident with her as soon as we met. My cat Jeff is a bit shy, but he came to say hello when she first came round, which was a nice surprise! He was well cared for, fed and happy when I got home, Claire updated me with pictures to let me know all was well, and everything was exactly as I'd hoped. I'm extremely grateful. Claire took a lot of stress away (Jeff isn't good in a cattery, so holidays are always a bit fraught) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Thank you!

I have never used a cat sitter and I am new to the Cat in the Flat service and all I can say is brilliant. The process from finding a sitter to booking a sitter to paying the sitter is smooth and easy and as for Claire she was great with my two gremlins. She came round to meet me and them before my long weekend away and my two cats instantly bonded with her.

I was quite anxious leaving them behind but Claire updated me everyday with videos and pictures of my two and I arrived back home last night to two very happy cats.

All I can say is Claire is lovely and trustworthy and I will 1000% use her again if I ever need a cat sitter. :)

Our cat Milo was in good hands whilst we were away. Claire was quick to reply to messages, and kept us very well informed. Milo seemed very content when we got back, we would defiantly recommend Claire and would love her to look after Milo again in the future.

Claire has looked after Pepper a couple of times now and we feel that we're leaving Pepper in safe hands! She sends us videos and pictures of Pepper whilst were away and is always quick to communicate. A very happy cat on our return! Thank you!

Claire was brilliant and we’d definitely recommend her to look after your cat. She was easy to contact and make arrangements with. Gave us video updates of Pepper whilst we were away and we came home to a very content cat! Next time we go away we’ll be sure to see if Claire is available.
