Susan is fabulous and looked after our Sushi so well. He isn’t the most social but Susan managed to get him to engage and out away on her lap! I’d certainly recommend using Susan, we are using her again soon! 😊

Second time - 2 weeks this time, over New Year and Christmas. Can only echo previous review, it`s just great to know our cats are not only looked after well but also very lovingly. Kids came along, too (of course, after prior agreement!) so there were plenty cuddles, playtimes, and of course photos and videos. Susan will be first to call next time!

Susan was brilliant! She dropped in a week before, and we instantly felt comfortable entrusting her with our keys and cats. There was contact and photos throughout - evidently a lot of time was spent with them and all their playing and petting needs well met. Cats greeted us on return as if we had never been away.
