Shannon was very reliable, responding quickly to all messages, and sending frequent updates while we were away. She was very understanding that our cat is very nervous and kept visits brief to not cause her any stress. I would definitely ask Shannon to look after our cat again.

Shannon was absolutely superb looking after my two cats for 10 days. Great communication, loved the videos and pictures, really put my mind at ease. Went above and beyond when things went wrong at the house while we were away (all ok now) and couldn’t have been more supportive!!

Shannon was fantastic looking after our two cats for a week whilst away. Really friendly and reliable and really helped as our cat had an eye injury just before we went away so was totally happy and competent giving eye drops.

Shannon looked after our two rather skittish rescue cats superbly. Previously when we've been away they have hardly been seen but she managed to make friends with one of them and the other - the more wary of them - even allowed her a stroke which honestly speaks volumes. Shannon did exactly as they're used to with their food and they looked happy and healthy when we returned. I'll definitely use Shannon again and would highly recommend her.
