About Me

Experienced cat owner and sitter - happy to chat.

Hi I’m Erik, I live with my wife Emma.

I have grown up with cats my entire life, and have a lot of experience with Siamese, Burmese, British Short Hair and Russian Blue - but of course love all cats equally.

I run a local video production company in Brighton.

I’m a patient individual, friendly and very easy to approach (especially for animals).

I am very willing/happy to spend quality time with your cat(s) if they need this, while I typically work 9-5, I manage my own time so can cater to daytime visits. I am able to commit to longer sessions in evenings.

My experience living with cats means I am very familiar with the varying needs of cats breeds, ages, and medical needs. So if you have cats that have specific requirements, you can be confident that they are in safe hands.

I live at the top of Preston Park, am an avid cyclist, and usually do bookings that are within walking/cycling distance.

    Erik did a fantastic job doing a few overnight stays for our beloved little cat Minnie. He kept us updated with photos to show she was settled and happy while we were away. I’d 100% recommend Erik to anyone.

    Erik was fantastic! I was nervous about leaving my 2 for so long but Erik set my mind at ease from day 1. He provided daily updates and photos. Both were very relaxed when I returned home. I would certainly use Erik again.

    If we could leave more than 5 stars we would!

    We were a bit anxious leaving someone to look after our cat and were fortunate that we were able to meet Erik before we booked him and he set our minds completely at ease. He also sent us pictures while we were away to further reassure us.

    We, and our cat, Keith couldn't have been happier :-)

    Erik was friendly and replied quickly - a perfect cat-sitter. I felt confident that he understood animals well just from watching him meet our cat for a few minutes - our's is not often impressed by new visitors! Our cat was very happy and relaxed when we arrived home - thanks Erik! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
