Caring cat sitter in Edinburgh

Ciao, I am Elena! I am Italian but have lived in Scotland for 11 years. With my Canadian husband I own a flat in Edinburgh.

I always worked in finance, and in Scotland I was mainly employed by the University of Edinburgh. However, I am currently pursuing a career as a photographer.

I owned cats most of my life, and my latest beloved cat, Biba, gifted me 18 years of blissful sisterhood. I love cats for their attitude, at once dignified and downright hilarious. Through all my years of cat ownership I have learned more about myself and people. A world without cats would be such a sad one!

My services will be tailored on yours and your cat's needs. Of course I welcome a petting session with a cuddly cat, but I can also respect the privacy of a shy or wary one.

I am careful with food portions and I know how important a shiny bowl and a tidy litter box are!

I can administer oral medications, either dissolved in food or through feeders.

Finally, as a homeowner I appreciate how important it is to be respectful and leave no trace of my presence.

I reside in North-East Edinburgh (Ferry Road at Newhaven Road) and can cover my neighbourhood, most of Leith, and Edinburgh central as far as the Old Town.
