Again Heidi did the most incredible job taking care of our cats whilst we were away. We so appreciate the updates Heidi sends us every day enabling us to see our cats and know they are being so well cared for. All our cats know Heidi well and always expect some fuss when she visits!

As always Heidi did an amazing job caring for our four cats. The cats are always pleased to see Heidi, & we always come home to happy contented cats. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heidi who is a genuine animal lover and always gives 100 per cent.

Heidi once again did a wonderful job looking after our four cats, including keeping an eye on one of them who wasn't quite himself whilst we were away. Heidi encouraged Oliver to eat after he went off his food and made sure he was alright. We came home to four happy cats and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heidi, she always goes the extra mile.

Heidi was again amazing with our cats, especially as two needed daily medication and one requires specially mashed food. We know our cats are being looked after well which gives us complete peace of mind.

5 stars I would highly recommend Heidi. She is brilliant with our cat and he is so calm and content when we got home. We had an emergency boiler leak when we was away and Heidi informed us straight away and kindly controlled the leak until we returned. Thank you Heidi!

Heidi once again was marvellous looking after our cats this weekend. One of our cats was quite poorly and had to be kept in. Heidi kept a close check on Daisy and kept us updated which was very reassuring. We are so fortunate to have Heidi looking after our cats.

We came home again to very happy cats. Heidi looks after all our cats so well, especially as one of them requires her food to be mashed and supervision whilst eating. As a returning customer, it’s always comforting to know my girls are being looked after Heidi. About to book her again too. Very reliable and a definite cat natural. Yet again my cats are probably disappointed I came home as they no longer get snuggles with Heidi 😂

Heidi was brilliant looking after our cat. This was the first time Heidi looked after prince and they bonded really well. He is a very timid cat but Heidi took the time to get to know him and by mid week he was headbutting and rubbing Heidi. She kept us updated with photos and gave an update every visit of how Prince was doing. Thank you.

Heidi was absolutely fantastic looking after our 2 indoor cats. We got daily updates and pictures, they both loved her (and probably didn’t want us to come home!), and she even put our bins out for us when we forgot to ask! Our girls got 1st class treatment, brushed, treated to treats, chatted to, made a fuss of, and Heidi didn’t mind at all that one of our old ladies is often using the floor as her toilet, she just cleaned it up, said it was part of her job and that it’s not a problem at all. Heidi is also reassuringly professional with all the right forms to sign and processes in place for emergencies/difficulties. We’ll definitely be using her service again next time we are away. I've given a five star rating but Heidi deserves much more. Once more Heidi has gone out of her way to make our cats happy, relaxed and well fed whilst we were away. Heidi has befriended them all, even two of our cats who are usually very shy. We received many photos and updates which gives us so much peace of mind and we feel so lucky to have found Heidi and won't hesitate to ask her to take care of our cats again.

Heidi looked after our four cats for just over a week and we cannot praise her highly enough. Heidi went out of her way to get to know the cats individually and updated us daily on how they were doing which put our minds at rest. On our arrival home the cats were happy and relaxed. It was obvious they had been extremely well looked after. We would have no hesitation in recommending Heidi, and will definitely ask her to take care of the cats in the future.
