Jo looked after my cats before. In the summer and over Christmas she did a great job, sending pictures and daily updates. She made a real fuss of them and managed to make friends with one of my cats who's very timid, no mean feat. I didn't feel too guilty about leaving them because I knew they were being looked after properly. Thank you very much!

It was the first time we had to leave our cats during a longer period (10 days) and Jo was super helpful. She's obviously a cat lover and really thoughtful. Jo is excellent. We had a getting-to-know-each-other meeting as well as a debrief after my holidays. She sent updates on my cats every day and reassured me that they were being taken good care of.
