Hi there fellow Cat-Lovers,

i'm Janice! I love all animals but have an extra special connection and affinity with cats. Ever since I was little our family always had cats. For the last 20 years I’ve always had one to four cats inc a mother, daughter and granddaughter who lived to the grand old ages of 16, 17 and 18. Recently Oskar (pictured), passed away in March 2024. He was 20 years old.

A charming bengal/tabby who lived life to the full despite only one working eye. He required daily meds and food routine but was active up to 20 years old. I also regularly care for my neighbours' and friends' cats.

About me: I am a designer, vintage curator and owned my own shop in London selling vintage clothing design and local art, for 18 years. I now sell online and markets. WFH gives me a more flexible schedule meaning I can broaden my paw reach to care for more felines in my area. Currently my zones are: Hackney Wick, Fish Island, Sweetwater, Victoria Park, East Village (park side).

My fee may be slightly higher than most however I I work very hard for it by giving premium care, quality, lengthy visits and 110% attention to your beloved furry friend whilst they are in my care plus any extra additional things like plants watering (I am a plant lover and have a garden of potted plants myself), mail collecting, light vacuuming of cats areas.. etc, to keep your home in tip top order whilst you are away

Please note: for multi cat households up to 2 cats add 15% extra per visit. For 3 & up this fee will increase slightly to align with the extra work.

for dates 24-27 Dec including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & NYrs Day I charge a standard double fee rate per visit. Easter and Bank Holidays are x 1.5

Alongside feeding, I'll be happy to play, groom (if they like it) and chat with your furred friend plus plenty of scritches and snugs making one or two visits p/day as needed. if meds are required and they can be added to food, I am happy to do so.

From years of cat interaction I've gained a great deal of knowledge from personal experience on cats diet, cat health & physiology, older cats issues and general cat behavior, pretty good at spotting anything out of the ordinary & just making sure everyone's happy.

Empathy - every cat has his/her own routine and preferences that should stay exactly the same while you're away. I will happily pet n play if they're in the mood but also respect if they just want to do their own thing. Guaranteed I always give my utmost to make sure their every need is met.

As standard, I will send you photos videos & updates on each visit. Well, that's about it for now, I can't wait to meet you and your cats and hear all about their quirks, funny habits and personalities!
