Emma came to visit us a couple of times before we left for holiday. We immediately warmed to her, as did our puss Loulou, as she is such a charming, friendly lady. It was quite easy to communicate with Emma. We had a brief discussion when she first visited us and later provided some further details about Taro. She has gone through our notes and was very careful about all critical points we shared with her. And after all, Taro was very happy to have Emma and so we do :)
