Emma came to visit us a couple of times before we left for holiday. We immediately warmed to her, as did our puss Loulou, as she is such a charming, friendly lady. Emma came in daily to feed Loulou and took photos to send us with updates showing a very happy cat. Emma is lovely and very reliable and we can highly recommend her.

It was quite easy to communicate with Emma. We had a brief discussion when she first visited us and later provided some further details about Taro. She has gone through our notes and was very careful about all critical points we shared with her. And after all, Taro was very happy to have Emma and so we do :)
