This was the second time using Haoran's service and we are still amazed with how happy our kitty is with her during each visit. Haoran is very professional and makes us feel a bit less guilty when we take a trip as we know our cat is being taken care of at our home. We will for sure continue using Haoran's service the next time we need a catsitter!

We could feel Haoran was a very professional catsitter from the start. After only a few visits, our kitty started purring a lot and was very happy to see her at each visit.
