This is the second time Jonana had looked after our cats. She's been so lovely and communicative, going above and beyond for us! We've just come home to well fed cats and a clean litter box. Our cats are happy, and so are we!

Joana has been a fantastic find. She came to meet the cats before we arranged her first visit and I liked her straight away. She is reliable and kept me informed after each visit. My cats didn't seem to have missed me at all, which is a great sign that they were very happy with her too. I'm about to book her for another sit. Highly recommended.

Joana was great with our old/grumpy cat, attended to him well and gave him his medication, he seemed happy when we got back! Oh and she also took our bins out while we were away, how good is that!

I'm a new Cat in a Flat user, so I had lots of questions which Joana promptly and clearly responded to. Joana was reliable, friendly and reassuring before and during my booking. I came home to a very happy & relaxed cat. It was great to receive photos and videos of my cat while away, seeing he was purring and doing belly rolls was very reassuring.

Excellent service from Joana, our two cats were very well looked after and we received daily detailed updates.

In the end we had to cancel our booking because of a change in plans. However, Joana was extremely helpful with everything. When we met for our pre-booking visit she was very thorough and very easy to communicate with. I would have no problem at all in recommending her and I hope we can use her services in the future.

Joana is a brilliant Catsitter, kept me fully updated, managed my cats medications and seems to have got on really well with my timid (sometimes aloof) 18 year old cat - I came home to a happy chilled out cat, and parcels which she had kindly retrieved from neighbours - would recommend unreservedly.

Joanna is very thoughtful and caring, keeping me informed of all the ups and downs while we're away. Would highly recommend her.
