First time booking with Gemma and couldn’t be happier. She kept us totally updated and reassured us when needed. Gemma was really flexible with our arrangements too. Our cats are energetic to say the least but she took it all totally in her stride, can’t thank her enough!!

I'm so glad we found Gemma! She's brilliant with my three cats, and I know everything and everyone will be looked after perfectly while I'm away!

My first time using Cat in a Flat/Gemma and couldn't have been better. Gemma messaged after every visit to let me know how Mia was and what they got up to and sent lots and lots of pictures. Definitely felt reassured that Mia was in safe hands :)

Genma sent photos everyday and even managed to encourage my nervy cat to come forward to chin rubs, she certainly won him over! Two happy cats on return, thanks Gemma!

Gemma was excellent & I wouldn't hesitate to book again. She was great with my 3 cats, treating them with kindness and making sure their needs were met whilst I was away. Gemma also helped when there was an issue with my security system that had me worried, getting everything reset to put my mind at rest. Thanks Gemma!

This impromptu holiday was the longest time away from the kitties and I was a bit nervous how they would fair. As usual, Gemma was fab with them, allowed time out in the garden and plenty of fuss, as well as the water,feed, litter. Gemma was fantastic! She came round before hand to meet our kitty and got all the information she needed - very professional. She also sent me regular pictures and updates to let us know he was doing okay. We will definitely book her again - highly recommended!

Lovely to be back from holiday and find the little madam Tammy cat very content and her fur was shinier than what it was when I left! Clear sign of lots of fuss and brushing! I think the Tammy cat is looking forward to me going on another holiday sooner than I am... Huge thanks to Gemma, I will be booking again xx

Gemma looked after our cat Logan for 2 days. He's very nervous but Gemma managed to gain his trust and give him a bit of a fuss. Would highly recommend using Gemma.

Gemma was great and really put my mind/anxieties at ease over going away and leaving my newly adopted kitty for a couple of days! She sent me updates on how things were going (and even a photo when she found where Jupiter was hiding!) and the whole experience was no fuss. I returned home to a content, well looked after kitty...even if she did spend most of the time hiding away (this was expected as she's a new addition/only used to me being home at the moment).

A really lovely, accommodating lady with a lot of kitty care experience, will not hesistate to call on her assistance again in the future. Thanks! x
