Susanne was a fantastic cat sitter. She sent lots of updates and pictures and our cat was really content and happy. Susanne also watered our plants, took the bins out and generally made sure everything was taken care of. Would highly recommend!

Susanne stepped in at the last minute to help us and saved our holiday! I'm a nervous owner of two ragdolls and was very stressed about a last minute change in plans for care. Susanne was lovely and clearly very organised, helpful and knowledgeable. She immediately put my nerves at rest. I could relax knowing that I knew they were well cared for.

Susanne was an enormous help when we unexpectedly needed someone to look after Archie. She always responded to messages quickly and was really clear in communication. Susanne gave daily updates, and spent time with Archie making sure he was ok, and checked the house was safe too. She was super-reliable, and very flexible just when we needed it!

This is the third time we've booked Suzanne and she's been fantastic every time. She's great with our cats, sends daily updates and it's such a relief knowing they're in safe, responsible hands. Trustworthy, caring and reliable. Highly recommend :)

Susanne is an excellent cat sitter and I've come home to a very happy and well looked after kitty! I was nervous about leaving my cat and I had never used Cat in a Flat before but Susanne put me at ease from the beginning and I could tell Shuri (my cat) liked her very much from the get go. Susanne was honestly amazing! We had daily updates and pictures of our kitties. She went above and beyond what we asked by playing with them and making sure our older (less greedy!) Cat got plenty of treats and food. She also changed the cats litter and took our bin in for us.
