Northpaws Cat Sitting

I recently took a sabbatical from teaching to step back into creative arts, and have loved sharing life with our family cats for over 40 years - no house is a home without! In this time we have had plenty of cat characters and purrfect preferences, from bouncy new kittens to sleepy seniors, fussy eaters, territorial queens and shy, nervous cats.

Oscar and Kaiko are our current owners - Oscar is a gentle giant of a ginger Tom, who runs from his shadow and loves evening cuddles with a film. Kaiko is a strong, independent lady who might ask for attention, when she decides she'd like it, otherwise she is very happy in her own space, with a full view of what's happening - although aloof she will always be somewhere in the room.

I am very comfortable with cats and kittens, adapting to what your family feline prefers and requires to feel happy, and fully appreciate how important they are to your life. 'Coming home' to your cat truly is coming home :)

I can make sure there is always fresh food and water, give any treats they are allowed, and plenty of cuddles and games should they fancy. I fully appreciate some cats have routines and behaviours to adhere to, and will do my best to fit in to their lifestyle - I love to get to know their personality and will respect their boundaries, always responding with love and kindness.

I'm happy to groom and make sure they have a clean litter tray. I will also clean up any poorly moments and keep you informed if this has happened. I am more than happy to send you photos and updates to reassure and keep you up to date.

I can also help with watering the plants if you are away.

I cover up the coast from Tynemouth, along Cullercoats, Whitley Bay, and Monkseaton.
