I am a cat and house sitter who also works through other platforms- Trusted House Sitters( free sitting) and House and Home Sitters as a paid sitter. Please find some reviews from my sits to date at the end of this information. I have experience of cats both as owner /carer and house sitter.

Cat and house sitting is one part of a portfolio sole trader work model; I am also a portrait model /cleaner and have an enhanced DBS( dating from August 2023 )which can't be uploaded to this site but can be shown to you on booking me. For some reason my profile does not show that I have a police check but as stated I can make this available for viewing.

I have also a comprehensive range of pet sitting insurance.

The reviews focus on my ability to both care for the cats and keep the cat parents reassured.

I take good liaison and communication with you as cat owner very seriously. I have also sat a number of rescue and older cats- some with health conditions- both indoor and outdoor and am specifically aware of the need for patience, calm and routine with them to avoid overwhelm and anxiety.

I don't have a formal animal care background but do have experience through my own pets of administering basic medication (usually through food) and of giving flea medication in various forms but normally behind the ears. I don't have experience of administering injections. I am good at spotting when cats are under the weather, but aware that cats are individuals and there's a 'normal' for your animals e.g they may have a non chronic sinus condition which always makes them snuffly and isn't concerning.

I will listen carefully to whatever you tell me about their health without jumping to conclusions.And I am meticulous with any instructions you have about playing, feeding and clearing up after your pets!

Happy to pop in or provide longer night sits/ stays I do not provide a boarding service at my home.

I offer the following two services

1)Daily drop in

• Daily drop in feeding and caring service; this would cover feeding/ watering, litter changing, basic medication administration(pills crushed in food or via liguid) playing, letting in or out and any other cat based tasks agreed for up to two visits per day depending on location.

• Daily drop in service can also include simple household tasks as agreed with client- eg plant watering, taking out rubbish etc.

• Full update on cat's wellbeing can be provided via Whattsapp or other messaging service as required..

2) Live in catsits/ house sits

• Longer live in cat sitting/ house sitting service of 2- 12 nights to be charged by the night and covering the services already mentioned for the cat + any house sitting tasks as agreed with the client (eg plant watering, security and taking out rubbish etc).

• Full update on cat's wellbeing can be provided via Whattsapp or other messaging service as required.

Location

• I have stated 5 miles as my location but I am able to provide services throughout London within TFL Zone 6, including central London eg Camden, Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea and Fulham.

But preferred boroughs are Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Havering, Barking and Dagenham,Barnet,Southwark Lewisham and Islington.

Charges and availability

• Please note that I don't increase my charges over busy / peak periods eg Christmas or summer holiday periods.

I have good availability in August September and October for sits/visits.
