About Me

Pet care and pet sitting services provided by Tammy

I am an enthusiastic and dependable animal lover. I have had a variety of pets throughout my life including fish, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, rabbits and cats. I dedicated my care and attention to each of them and would love to continue to share that with other people's pets.

I currently have little (or not so little?!) Alby. He is a tabby cat and loves making friends with the other cats on the street. The other cats are not so keen but Alby is consistent. He is a huge softy once he is comfortable with you and will be your best friend if you can offer him a treat.

I recently completed a Veterinary care assistant course online. I decided to do the course so I could gain more knowledge about animals and be able to spot common symptoms that can occur when an animal is sick. It also allowed me to gain some knowledge of what to do in a medical emergency and how to administer CPR to an animal if required.

I also recently had a chance to spend a couple of days at a doggy day care. I unfortunately had to turn the job down but I got to gain experience dealing and caring with 50+ dogs.

I would be happy to offer home visits to feed and play with cats or dogs.

I can provide space for a cat or smaller animal at my home if required.

Over night stays are also fine.

    Tammy regularly looks after our cat Lady and we couldn’t be happier! Lady loves seeing Tammy and Tammy sends us photos of Lady whenever she visits! Tammy is really flexible and has very kindly visited and cared for Lady at short notice! I’d highly recommend Tammy, as would Lady!

    Tammy is an amazing cat sitter! My cat, who hates anyone but me, and who used to get really stressed when I came back from being away, is calm and happy when Tammy has looked after her. Tammy replies to messages quickly, sends photos while I’m away and best of all, makes my cat feel safe and cared for. I couldn’t ask for anything more 🥰

    Could not reccomend Tammy more. Our cat Alby was so well looked after and we had regular updates and pictures with each visit. He must have a great time as he waits by the window in the mornings and evenings when Tammy would visit!

    Tammy visited beforehand to meet us and we instantly felt at ease! Tammy then came while we were away at weekend and made sure our cat was well fed, watered and exercised!! We’ve already booked up another visit next weekend and would highly recommend Tammy!

    I have two older cats and one needs medication throughout the day. It has meant that overnight and long trips away have been difficult in recent years. We were really pleased to have Tammy's help one weekend. She took the time to visit well before the trip, gave regular updates and the cats seemed relaxed when we got back. Thanks Tammy!

    I couldn’t recommend Tammy enough. She was amazing! My cat is anxious and difficult around strangers and Tammy took the time to make her feel secure and safe. She sent me photos and messages to keep me updated and I came home to a relaxed and happy cat. I couldn’t be happier 😊
