Hi my name is Leigh, and I share my life and home with my amazing black and white Tuxedo cat called Percy and my equally fab Jack Russell Terrier called Betty. I have had the pleasure and honour of being a mum to so many wonderful pets all of my adult life. From tabbies to ginger toms, and persians to rescue pregnant cats and elderly battle worn Tom cats, I’ve loved each and everyone of them and they in return have given me so much joy and have made my house a home.

I have been a cat and dog mum all of my adult life with 40 years of experience. I have worked in cat rehoming centres and have been pet sitting for cats for a number of years. Your pussy cat will be my priority whilst I am caring for them. They will be loved, kept safe, fed and have all their needs and routines provided and of course, cuddles, playtime and as many head and ear rubs and tummy tickles as they want. I am independently insured, which covers all aspects of my job, including entering your home, your keys and I have full public liability cover for your reassurance, I am also DBS Checked and have First Aid certification and I pride myself in being honest, reliable and respectful. Whilst on my cat care visit, I also take in post, put out bins, water plants, lights and curtains on/off open/closed. I will keep you fully updated with photos and messages of your cat/s whilst they are in my care. I look forward to meeting you and your wonderful cat/s very soon. Leigh X

    Can't recommend Nanny Poppins high enough! She is fantastic. Looked after our cats and bunnies whilst we were away on holiday. Sent pictures and great videos and messages which totally put our minds to rest. The most relaxing holiday I have ever had knowing how much love and care Nanny was giving the pets. She is a real gem.     I would highly recommend Nanny Poppins who has gone over and above to look after our 4 cats whist we were on holiday. With daily photos, videos and updates, we were able to relax and enjoy our time away, feeling reassured that our babies were receiving the best love and care. The communication before, during and after was second to none.

    Leigh was a brilliant cat sitter. We had a friendly and detailed initial meeting where Leigh checked exactly what we needed in terms of food, litter etc. and she met the cats. During the week away, we received regular updates and photos of the cats which really helped. We would thoroughly recommend Leigh and will use her for our next break. Thanks.

    Leigh was an absolute godsend. Our lovely cat Max adored her from first meeting, and he's been extremely well looked after while we were away on honeymoon. Leigh sent daily updates, and it was such a relief to know he was in such good hands. Very highly recommended.
