Eleanor took such great care of the cats and sent thorough reports and photos every day that we were away. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Even our shy feral took some Dreamies from her hand, normally it takes her a long time to get used to a new human, but Eleanor is obviously a cat person and knows how to gain a cat's trust.

Eleanor was ao helpful and made sure everything was in order for Dumpling, she put so much effort into making sure he was okay and gave me a clear, well structured review of how he was. Thank you Eleanor!

Eleanor has been great with our Sushi. Sushi is a 'difficult' cat who doesn't like strangers and normaly hides behind the sofa, so I wasn't expecting any pictures etc. However we've received pictures every day, alongside a detailed report about food given, litter activity, and Sushi's behaviour. We will deffinitly use Eleanor again, thank you!

Eleanor was amazing with my two cats, Simba and Milo. Milo can be quite shy around new people but he came round very quickly to Eleanor and even enjoyed being brushed! Excellent and thorough communication throughout and very reliable.
