Cat sitting Isleworth, St Margaret’s, Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington and Brentford

We couldn’t be happier with the care Serena provided for our cat, Rupert, while we were away! From the start, her communication was excellent - she kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind. It was clear that she genuinely cares about animals, and we came home to a very happy and well cared for cat.

Serena was absolutely fantastic. She looked after two cats and administered insulin for one - the cats fell in love at first sight. She was reliable and efficient, sending photos and updates to reassure us while away. Absolutely wonderful, I fully recommend her.

Serena did a great job looking after Jimmy. She kept me updated, is very nice and reliable and Jimmy really likes her. He was very relaxed and happy when I got home.

Serena is the BEST. My cat disappeared for two days. Serena worked out that another cat had come in through the flap and there had been a fight. My poor cat had hidden in the house traumatised. She made extra visits, calmed him down, spent time with him and got him eating again. She sent me regular updates and calmed me down too!

Serena was brilliant. She came to meet us and the cats before the sitting and took wonderful care of them while we were away, includings lots of play. The cats were very happy and calm when we got home. Highly recommend.

Serena was amazing and looked after our little kitten giving him lots of cuddles, treats and a run around in the garden. Will definitely be using again!
