Having never used a cat sitter before, I must say Sophie was brilliant. Sophie met us and our cat Toby before we went away and explained everything we needed to know. We were sent daily updates and came back to a happy cat. Thank you Sophie.

Sophie is an amazing sitter! Great communication and worked really hard to understand our cat’s needs, temperament, and history, and how we liked to care for her including grooming, feeding times and habits, and outside time. She’s very professional, friendly and thorough. We’d love her to sit Tibs again in future!

It is clear that Sophie adores cats and really prides herself on spending time getting to know the individual personalities and quirks (and our cat is full of them!). She made detailed notes on all aspects of care and habits and kept us updated while away. If anything she was so good I think Doug was disappointed when we got back! 100% recommend

Sophie was fantastic - so thorough on the initial visit and created a detailed care plan for us to check. She spent lots of time petting and playing with Thomas to ensure he was happy and relaxed. She kept us updated with photos and videos and even put our bin out and took in post. The whole service was incredibly professional and personalised.

What can I say?!? Sophie was so thorough on her visit to meet us and the pets. She wrote everything down and followed up with a doc with all the details to make sure nothing had been missed. We had messages each day she’d visited with pictures attached which really helped my kids relax being away from their kitties. Definitely recommend!

Sophie is the perfect cat sitter. She catered to the needs (and quirks!) of our two cats, and even created a document listing out all their needs. She sent us photos & videos during each visit and even brought them extra toys for for them to play with. We came back to find our cats both very happy and relaxed :) We will definitely book again!

Sophie was once again wonderful with Cepheus; encouraging him to go outside whilst she was visiting rather than sulking on the sofa and ensuring that he ate the food she gave him while she was there.
