About Me

Loving cat owner with 18 years experience.

I’m Lucie. I’m an experienced cat owner and have owned cats for over 18 years. I currently have a cat called Virgil who is 8 years old. I've loved cats from an early age and grew up around animals, including dogs, rabbits, fish, hamsters and gerbils.

I’ve helped looked after friends and neighbour’s cats over the years, feeding, changing litter and giving lots of fuss and love. I also have experience in administering medication.

Happy to also water plants, collect mail and put out bins if required.

As a pet owner I know how worrying it can be leaving your animals for any long period of time, so I want to ensure that I will take great care of your kitty just as I would my own.

I can visit to feed, change litter, give treats, cuddles and play with your feline friend. Overnight stays can be arranged. I live locally in Newbury and do work full time, however I'm predominantly home based and my employment hours are flexible. I have a full, clean driving licence and own my own vehicle. I have a full DBS check.

I know it can be a worry leaving a pet whilst you’re away, but please be reassured I will treat your pet as my own, giving them lots of love and care 😺

    Lucie was totally amazing as always. We were away for 10 days and one of our boys was a bit under the weather mid-trip. Lucie was fantastic, we made the decision to take him to the vet and Lucie took 3 hours out of her day to take him and then stay with him afterwards, monitoring him and keeping me informed every step of the way.

    Absolutely amazing, as usual :) Lucie even remembered it was our cats birthdays and gave them a surprise present. We have returned to 2 very happy and relaxed cats that are ready to play, showing that Lucie gave them loads of attention whilst we were away! I couldn't praise her more.

    Lucie was AMAZING!! We have 2 Bengal cats and one is very nervous, Lucie managed to get them both very happy, relaxed, eating and playing well within days! We came back to 2 very happy cats and a full diary of when Lucie visited. We are so delighted to have found a wonderful cat sitter who really took the time to get to know and play with the cats.
