Lucille and Paolo were wonderful with our cats. They clearly have experience and approach cats the right way, giving them space when needed. My shy cat did not hide once, and even allowed some cuddles! Comms were great and I got videos every visit, which was lovely. My cats really liked them and so did I! Thank you :)

Lucille and Paolo are amazing! They treat each cat to their liking: Couscous is sociable and wants his cuddles and Alfik likes to play. Our cats love them and we feel very confident during our trips away, that our cats are in safe and loving hands

Lucille & Paolo always sent loads of photos & videos and stayed for a while during each visit, especially when one had a bad case of furball. They were absolute stars when my return flight was delayed for 2 days and both were more than happy to continue visiting our cats until we finally come home. Our cats were happy all through out.

Lucille was great for the cats as they were both happy and healthy when I came back, and for myself because I received daily video updates while I was gone. It was also very reassuring that she was able to give medicine one of my cats needs daily, so that I could rest easier knowing we're not missing a dose.

Lucille is an excellent cat sitter. She regularly updated us with photos and videos. It was a good surprise for us that our nervous cat got used to both Lucille and her partner so quickly!

Lucille and Paolo helped us hugely, as we needed someone to feed our foster cats first thing in the morning while we were away. They live pretty close so making plans was easy. We gave them instructions on how to manage house keys so the person feeding them later in the day would be able to get in, and all went smoothly. Thank you both!

Another successful cat sitting experience with Lucille. This time Pesto (moody old cat) actually showed up and allowed some fussing & treats to be administered, she was very chilled on our return- so much happier than when put in the cattery. Great work :)

Lucille did a fabulous job looking after our two cats. She was super flexible when I messed up the booking and very easy to communicate with. We had updates every visit and they were very content when we got home.
