Not only does Caroline take excellent care of our fur babies but she is there come rain, hail, sleet or snow! We get pictures twice daily when we are away and it’s always clear when we get home that the cats are very happy. She’s an absolute star and the cats love her too :) x

She was happy to meet before hand to meet the cats and talk through routines, food etc.

Caroline communicated with me twice a day, sending pictures and updates which made me feel reassured.

Caroline is so reliable and informative. She always sends pictures of Troopa which makes us feel a lot better when we're away. My partner and myself were always worried about travelling and leaving our cat as he doesn't like to boarded and is afraid of most strangers, but he loves Caroline and is always happy when we get back from our travels which puts us at great ease. I've used Caroline a few times now and I can safely say I know my pet is in safe reliable hands. What I really like about Caroline is she always gives me daily updates with photos to reassure me that my pet was seen, fed and played with. Being a pet owner herself she gets it. Caroline was fantastic and really made sure that both my cats were looked after. She also sent me daily pictures and updates to how they were doing. I would happily use Caroline again and would recommend her to my friends and family.

Once again Caroline was wonderful. I was actually staying away up in the dales and had no signal what so ever, but despite this when I returned to civilisation - I got all the pictures and messages.

Once again Caroline was brilliant, my kitties were misbehaving and not coming home and she refused to leave until she had got them all in! I already have Caroline booked again next month! Fantastic Caroline!

Caroline was great, and although I am a cat sitter myself I was still so apprehensive about just not being with them. She sent messages to let me know they were okay and got some really good pictures. The cats didn’t seem phased at all that is been away! Caroline has been brilliant. She's looked after our cat three separate times this week and we've come home to him being a very happy boy each time! Caroline is such a wonderfully nice person - so friendly and completely trustworthy. I felt at ease having her come into my home and take care of my cat while I was away.
