This is the second time I've had Imogen look after Lily, and it's heartwarming to see how they've become such close friends. Imogen's patience and care shine through in everything she does, and Lily truly responds to her warm and nurturing presence. She’s simply the best.

Itwas an absolute pleasure meeting Imogen. She cared for Lily as if she were her own fur baby. I felt completely at ease leaving Lily in her care, and every day, I received delightful updates with reports, videos, and photos of how Lily was doing. I look forward to my next trip, knowing I can leave Lily in Imogen's caring, and capable hands.

Imogen is the perfect catsitter. She took such good care of our cat while we were away for the last three weeks. She has a lot of experience caring for cats and instinctively understands them. She even devised an ingenious way of stopping ours from breaking into his automatic feeder. :)
