About Me

Friendly & reliable cat lover based in Annan.

Hi :)

I am a dedicated cat lover who has had furry companions for over 25 years. I love nothing more than snuggling up with or playing with my two cats: Pumpkin and Mango Chutney.

I currently work as an ecologist in the area and love anything nature related. My hobbies include walking, wild swimming and wildlife watching.

I have vast experience of looking after a range of pets including cats as I used to work in an animal refuge centre taking care of pets with different medical issues and behavioral problems.

I am so used to cleaning litter trays that it's no bother to me anymore! It's worth it to be able to have the company of cats.

I’ll make sure to send you lots of photos of your cat/s whilst your away and will keep you regularly updated.

    Another excellent cat-sit from Gillian. Our cat is a little peculiar about who comes to visit her, and she doesn't like us going away. No worries at all when Gillian's calling in twice a day; our kitty loves her, and we don't come home to a stressed cat. I would definitely recommend Gillian to other cat owners, and their cats :-)

    Gillian is Barnie’s preferred cat sitter. Yes, Barnie’s my cat and she gets to choose. We’ve used Gillian once already, and have booked her for two more sittings. She was just marvellous with Barnie, who is a house cat and a little nervous of humans. She truly understands cats. For us to be able to go away for a week and not worry about Barnie is priceless. I’d highly recommend Gillian to anyone else who wants the best for their kitty, and wants to know they’ve got someone ultra-trustworthy holding their house keys!
