About Me
Cat sitter based in Glasgow!
Hi there! I'm an Economics and Central and Eastern European Studies graduate, part-time support worker and cat owner living in Glasgow. When I'm not out supporting service users, I'm writing, cycling and playing with my wee cat, Bunny. I grew up in the countryside in Somerset and was always surrounded by animals - be it the family dogs and cats or when helping look after neighbours pets, horses and Falabellas. I cannot get enough of them!
I've got lots of experience giving care and love to cats. My partner and I got ourselves a beautiful little British Shorthair which we called Bunny, so I understand the stress of leaving your cat in the care of others. I love cats of all ages, shapes, sizes and personality, so you can relax knowing that your furry friends are safe with me.
Bunny has had a few medical issues herself early on, so I am very confident in administering medication should your cats need it, and I can recognise the signs of sickness in cats.
Having grown up spending so much time with different animals I do consider myself a knock-off Dr. Doolittle. I love to interact with animals and see their personalities, but I also respect that many animals need their own space. Hence, I can easily see what sort of interaction is appropriate, so if your wee guy is nervous, shy or just plain grumpy I understand how to act around them.
I am a clear and efficient communicator, so I will respond promptly to any queries you may have, and I am very flexible regarding bookings. I will also send you frequent updates concerning how your cat(s) are getting on. Personally, my partner and I love to see photos and videos of Bunny when I am away, so I would be happy to do the same for my clients.
I know all too well that many animals can become lonely and upset when their owners go away, so I would love to provide your pets with good company so you don't have to worry about them while you're on holiday.
