Excited to get to know and care for some neighbouring cat friends!

Hi there!

My name is Nikki, I'm 29 and I work 2 part time jobs at a university as a librarian and wellbeing coordinator and I've loved cats for many years. I am also a volunteer for Cats Protection.

My first proper family cat was Dilly who we had for 10 years until she passed away in 2020 and me and my partner currently have Easton who we adopted in July 2021. Then little Duffy joined us February 2023 after we found her in the middle of a road in Duffield (hence her name!).

I love that cats are very independent animals but are also so caring and loving. One of the reasons I love cats is because of how clever they are and that you need to build up a bit of a relationship with them but following that they can be so loyal!

As part of my services I'm happy to visit multiple times a day or to keep your cat company for a few hours or stay overnight if needed. Happy to dispense as many cuddles as possible while making sure that your cat feels safe and comfortable with a new person in the house. I've looked after a few cats, all with different temperaments and I like to let them figure me out in their own time whilst providing a bit of bribery with treats!

I'm based in Derby City Centre and am happy to travel to homes around Derby, Nottingham and between Derby and Nottingham.
