Hi! I'm Dominika. I can say that I was born into cats — when I came into the world, there was already a cat waiting for me, and I’ve never lived a day without one since. Over the years, that early bond grew into a lifelong passion (okay, obsession!) with getting to know cats inside and out — their needs, quirks, and secret languages. I share my home with two cats of my own and have spent more than 10 years volunteering in cat shelters, often working with the “trickier” cases: shy, feral, or nervous cats, as well as those recovering from trauma. I’ve also cared for senior and terminally ill cats, including my own, which means I’m comfortable with medications, injections, fluids, and spotting the subtle signs that something isn’t quite right. Cats are truly my heart, and if there’s one thing I know I’m great at, it’s understanding them. Whether your cat is cuddly, spicy, playful, or needs special care, I’ll treat them with patience, love, and respect — just as if they were my own. Outside of cats, I’m a freelance writer in fashion — but let’s be honest, nothing makes me happier than hanging out with whiskers and paws. 🐱✨

What I Offer as a Cat Sitter:

When you trust me with your cat, you can relax knowing they’ll be cared for with patience, love, and a deep understanding of feline needs. Every visit is tailored to YOUR cat’s personality — playful, cuddly, independent, or a little shy.

Feeding, fresh water, and litter box scooping

Playtime, cuddles, or quiet companionship (always respecting boundaries)

Administering medication (including pills, oral syringes, injections, fluids (subcutaneous))

Gentle enrichment (toys, treats, cat relaxation music like David Teie’s scientifically designed compositions)

Monitoring health and behavior, with extra attention to any symptoms you want me to watch for

Basic feline first aid if needed — I have my own first aid kit

Transport to the vet in emergencies (I can drive and know the local clinics)

Sending regular updates (photos, videos)

45 minutes per visit (If you wish me to stay for longer to keep your fur child company, I can bring my laptop and do my work from home)

I have extensive experience with senior cats, terminally ill cats, and cats with special medical or behavioural needs. I’m comfortable caring for shy, anxious, or “spicy” personalities — and I know how to give them space while still making sure they feel safe.

Overnight stays aren’t my standard offering, but I’m open to discussing special arrangements if needed.

My goal is simple: for you to enjoy peace of mind while you’re away, and for your cat to feel as happy and secure as if you never left. 🐱💛
