Val took great care of Coco while we were away. She happily followed Coco's normal meal time routines etc. along with cuddles and play. She sent us twice daily messages and photos which were reassuring. Coco is normally a timid cat, but within 24 hours was sitting on Val's lap - a happy cat. We would definitley use Val again.

We are so glad we asked Val to look after our kitten while we were away. Very friendly, reliable, and looked after our kitten well. She also left him a new toy which he was keen to show us when we got home and he absolutely loves! She also sent pictures while we were away.

She was very communicative, came over beforehand to pick up keys and discuss our cat's routine, and sent us messages while we were away letting us know how it's going (with pictures too). Lovely lady, everything seemed OK after a week away from home, the cats (sadly) didn't seem to miss us at all!
