From the very first point of contact Joe has been an absolute gentleman - the consummate professional with whom we would entrust anything. He cared for George so well and despite being a cat who seems pathologically shy to new people, Joe made every effort to secure a friendship - one which I hope will blossom further.

Joe was the perfect person to take care of Lacey whilst I was away. She is extremely nervous and needs someone who is patient, kind and understanding and Joe is all of those things. He kept me updated every day to reassure me she was ok. If you want someone who will genuinely care for your precious baby then I would definitely recommend Joe.

Me and my wife had a busy October, with us being away for a good chunk of it and we didn’t want it to interfere with our lovely cat Harry’s routine too much. Fortunately for us, Joe was exactly what we needed; 100% trustworthy, consistent and very reassuring. He kept us up-to-date every day and we knew that Harry was in safe hands.

What a lovely man Joe is. He's a true gent and cat lover and you can tell. I have a pretty much unconventional set up at home with four cats that all require different things! This did not phase Joe at all! Regular updates and photos were the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone needing this service.

Joe was great in every way, communicated really well and was able to help out short notice which was a great help, it meant I could be with family over Christmas. I got updates on how Pru was doing which gave me peace of mind. Joe clearly loves cats and is very trustworthy.

Joe was brilliant. He took a lot of time and care to understand my cat (Kona) and was great at keeping me up to date whilst I was away. He even kindly dropped the key back once I returned from holiday. A lovely guy who loves cats. I’ll be sure to book him again.
