Unfortunately not recommendable. Charlotte told us that the cat was fine but unfortunately seeing from the cctv the cat was in very serious condition, he no longer ate, and she didn't seem to care that much. We had to go back to go to the emergency hospital. Not good service. --------------------------------------Response from Sitter-------------------------------------- I'm sorry that you were not happy with my service. I did my best to try and keep you upto date with how the cat was doing with photos and communication while I was at your house as I could see he was not comfortable and not eating. As advised I tried cat treats and moving the food around, so I am sorry that this did not work. Thank you for your feedback and I will in future send more photos and more regular details and summaries of my visits.

First time using Charlotte and her boy, they were both amazing and really looked after our two cheeky boys and house so well!

This is the second time Charlotte watched Monty and Cromwell. Throughout the week we got regular updates and it was clear how happy both the kittens and Charlotte and Jacob were. We didn’t worry one minute that they weren’t getting the very best care. We can’t recommend Charlotte enough 😻

I am honestly blown away with the support and care given to our Charlie and Luna whilst we were away for almost 3 weeks. Charlotte (and Jacob) were absolutely 💯 on top of it all. Daily visits, plays, well fed, regular updates and really put our mind at ease! I cannot thank you enough. This was the longest we had ever left and you were perfect 🥰

Charlotte communicated with us extensively while away and made our day with regular photos and video updates! Her son provided plenty of stimulation for our young kittens. We would definitely have her sit again!

Charlotte was great, she took great care of my cat, ensuring that she had her brush in the morning (which she loves), played with her and send me prompt updates in video and photos. She also took care of my plants and kept the litter box clean. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a trusted sitter.
