Outstanding! Jade was thoroughly reliable once again and was great with my three cats. She clearly cares a great deal about cats and my mind was really set at ease to know they were being so well looked after. Jade sent lots of pictures of the cats and it was clear that they were very relaxed and happy with her.

Jade came to get to know the cats beforehand and was very caring with them (one very timid, another very boisterous, the third very elderly). I cannot stress how amazing Jade is! We were away for 3 weeks and super worried about leaving our kitties, however Jade sent us a very detailed update very visit with photos, which we appreciated so much! She took everything in her stride and the cats really warmed to her, having playtime and cuddles each visit. Cant recommend enough!
