Emily’s Help at Hand

Emily was wonderful - my cats were happy and cared for. She is very friendly and clearly a pet lover. Will definitely book again! :)

Emily is wonderful! I was quite anxious about leaving my two elderly cats, both of whom require medication and special attention. I needn’t have worried because, when I returned, both cats seemed happier and healthier than when I left them. 😂 Emily is very efficient at keeping in touch with messages and pictures. Happy cats and owner.

We were anxious leaving our cat alone overnight for the first time and entrusting her medication to someone else but from start to finish Emily put me at ease with her good communication and demeanor. Emily did a great job with our cats. They were all in fine condition when we returned; and the shy and nervous one even seems to have decided after a week of her ministrations to calm down and be a bit more sociable. I'm sure they and we would all be delighted to welcome her back in future.

Emily did a fantastic job of looking after our cat (Maisy) when we went away. She provided regular updates for us and took very good care of Maisy, who can be a little shy with new people to begin with.
