Our 2nd time with Lucy, always feel like our cats are in safe hands!

Lucy did a great job of looking after my shy cat. Sent lovely photos, kept me reassured and was able to extend the care when my return flight was cancelled. Will definitely call on Lucy again in future.

Had a great cat sitting experience with Lucy! Our cats settled to her in no time. she kept our feeding bowl squeaky clean. She also sent us updates everyday so we know our cats are in safe hands! Will def book her again for future trips!

This was our first time using Cat in a Flat after our friend let us down. Lucy was super friendly and made everything so effortless.
